Primary Source Analysis Strategies

The records are useful in analyzing tested accounts of events that happened in the past with a galance on First hand sources. Possible approaches over these sources include; authorship, context, and purpose of the document or the object being studied. This is the case since sources contain their own temporal bias, meant for a particular target group, and may have the author’s bias.

Another technique that may be used is the analysis of primary sources alongside that of secondary ones in a bid to zero in on as much detail of the event at issue as is possible.
